First build the tracked base as shown.
Then you can add more K'NEX parts to it in any way you like, to create your very own tracked vehicle.

Your tracked vehicle base is now complete.
What next?
Test your vehicle base. You will find it runs best on a slightly rough surface such as a carpet, and it will climb over small objects such as a pencil.
Now you can add to the vehicle base in any way that you like, to make a complete vehicle to your own design. There are many different types of tracked vehicle you might consider, including tractors, snowploughs, bulldozers, and cranes.
Why not start by adding some rods to the yellow and/or white connectors in your model?
