Shipping to UK mainland

For orders up to 400g, you can choose whether you want your order to be shipped by Post or by Express delivery. For orders above 400g, orders can only be shipped by Express delivery.

Post: from £2.95 below 90g to £3.95 for 400g. Post will usually be sent by Royal Mail, taking between 3 and 7 working days to arrive. Orders sent by post cannot be tracked.

Express delivery: Up to 3.8Kg £5.95, above 3.8Kg £7.50. This is a 2 to 3 working day service, which is quicker and more reliable than post, and can be tracked. We usually use City Link for Express deliveries.

For all orders valued over £400 - shipping is free, by Express delivery. ^Top

Shipping to UK non-mainland

For orders up to 900g (90g in the Channel Islands), you can choose whether you want your order to be shipped by Post or by Express delivery. For orders above 900g (90g in the Channel Islands), orders can only be shipped by Express delivery.

Post: from £2.95 below 90g to £4.95 for 900g. Post will usually be sent by Royal Mail, taking between 3 and 7 working days to arrive. Orders sent by post cannot be tracked.

Express delivery up to 28.5Kg: Varies by region, from £13.23 to £16.54. This is a 2 to 3 working day service, which is quicker and more reliable than post, and can be tracked. We usually use City Link for Express deliveries.

Shipping to Mainland Europe

The information below applies to all of Europe other than the UK. For smaller orders, you can choose whether you want your order to be shipped by Post or by Express delivery. For larger orders, orders can only be shipped by Express delivery.

Post

Post (all countries): from €3.75 below 360g to €10.39 for 1080g, and (in some countries) €17.14 for 1900g.

The advertised time for delivery of Post to mainland Europe is 2 to 4 weeks. However, occasionally postal deliveries will take longer than that.

Please note that postal packages cannot be tracked.

Express delivery

Express deliveries are usually sent by road. The shipping costs are:

From €15.55: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands

From €17.23: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Other countries: As displayed on Checkout page 2 of 3

Delivery timescales for Express delivery are from 3 working days to 9 working days, depending on the distance from the UK. The delivery timescale for any order entered will be displayed on Checkout page 2 of 3.

All Express deliveries can be tracked.

Shipping to USA and Canada

For orders up to 3800g, you can choose whether you want your order to be shipped by Airmail or by Air Express. For orders weighing more than 3800g, we ship all orders by Air Express, or you can arrange for your own shipping.

Airmail

Costs vary from $3.97 below 270g to $46.42 for 3800g. The shipping cost and delivery timescale for any order entered will be displayed on Checkout page 2 of 3.

The advertised time for delivery of Airmail to the USA or Canada is 3 to 4 weeks. However, occasionally Airmail deliveries will take longer than that, up to 6 weeks.

Airmail packages cannot be tracked.

Please also note that any Airmail order weighing more than 2Kg will be sent as two separate parcels, to stay within maximum permissible weight for Airmail.

Air Express

The website will calculate the cost of shipping by Air Express automatically up to 19Kg.The minimum price for orders sent by Air Express is $45.31.

The advertised time for delivery of Air Express packages to the USA or Canada is between 3 and 4 working days. However, occasionally deliveries will take longer than that.

If your order weighs more than 19Kg, you will be asked to email us for a shipping quotation.

All orders sent by Air Express can be tracked.

Arranging your own shipping

For larger orders, you are welcome to arrange your own shipping, including collection from our offices in the UK.

Shipping to Rest of world

For orders up to 1900g, you can choose whether you want your order to be shipped by Airmail or by Air Express. For orders weighing more than 1900g, we ship all orders by Air Express, or you can arrange for your own shipping.

Airmail

Airmail (all countries): Costs vary from £3.90 below 450g to £15.20 for 1900g.

The advertised time for delivery of Airmail is 2 to 4 weeks. However, occasionally Airmail deliveries will take longer than that.

Please note that packages sent by Airmail cannot be tracked.

Air Express

The website will calculate the cost of shipping by Air Express automatically up to 19Kg for the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea (South), Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa and Thailand.

The shipping cost and delivery timescale will be displayed on Checkout page 2 of 3.

If your order weighs more than 19Kg in the above countries, or above 1900g in any other country in the Rest of the World, you will be asked to email us for a quotation for shipping by Air Express.

All orders sent by Air Express can be tracked.
