Shipping costs and delivery timescales for all K'NEX User Group online shops are shown below, for:

Calculation of shipping cost

Our website will total the weight of the parts in your order to create a “nett weight” for the order, and then use this nett weight to determine the shipping cost band for the shipping method and delivery address that you have specified.

For example, if you selected “Airmail - not tracked" to a European country, the shipping cost bands might be: up to 90g = £3, 91g-225g = £6, 226g-450g = £8, 451g-675g = £9 and 676g-900g = £10.

Shipping to UK mainland

For orders up to 1800g, you can choose whether you want your order to be shipped by Standard delivery or by Express delivery. For orders above 1800g, orders can only be shipped by Express delivery.

Standard delivery: From £2.95. We use Royal Mail or Evri for Standard delivery. Delivery generally takes between 2 and 5 working days from date of order. Tracking of packages is not usually provided.

Express delivery: From £6. We use UPS or Evri for Express delivery. Delivery generally takes between 1 and 3 working days from date of order. Tracking of packages is always provided.

Shipping to Mainland Europe

For orders up to 1800g, you can choose whether you want your order to be shipped by Airmail or by Express delivery. For orders above 1800g, orders can only be shipped by Express delivery.

Airmail

Airmail: From €5,45.

Your order will not be tracked unless "Airmail - Tracked" shipping is requested.

The usual delivery time for Airmail to mainland Europe is 1 to 3 weeks. However, occasionally Airmail deliveries will take longer than that.

Express delivery

Express deliveries are usually sent by road. Shipping costs start at €17,40, and are dependent on country and weight.

Delivery timescales for Express delivery are from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the distance from the UK.

Shipping to USA and Canada

For orders up to 1800g (approx. 4 US pounds), you can choose whether you want your order to be shipped by Airmail or by Air Express.

For orders weighing more than 1800g, we ship all orders by Air Express.

Airmail

Cost from $4.65.

The advertised time for delivery of Airmail to the USA or Canada is 1 to 3 weeks. However, occasionally Airmail deliveries will take longer than that.

Your order will not be tracked unless "Airmail - Tracked" shipping is requested.

Air Express

The minimum shipping cost for orders sent by Air Express is $37.80. We usually ship Air Express orders via UPS.

The advertised time for delivery of Air Express packages to the USA or Canada is between 3 and 5 working days. However, occasionally deliveries will take longer than that.

All orders sent by Air Express can be tracked.

You will pay no UK tax on your order, but when the order arrives in your country you may be liable to pay local duty & tax, and also (in Canada) UPS brokerage fees.

Shipping to Rest of world

We ship K'NEX parts to many different countries in the "Rest of the world".

You will enter your delivery country in Checkout page 1 of 3. If you have entered a country that we do not usually deliver to, you will be asked to email us, so that we can consider your request.

For orders up to 1800g, you can choose whether you want your order to be shipped by Airmail or by Air Express. For orders weighing more than 1800g, we ship all orders by Air Express, or you can arrange for your own shipping.

Airmail

Cost from £4.22.

The advertised time for delivery of Airmail is 2 to 4 weeks. However, occasionally Airmail deliveries will take longer than that.

Your order will not be tracked unless "Airmail - Tracked" shipping is requested.

Air Express

The website will calculate the cost of shipping by Air Express automatically up to 29Kg. We usually ship Air Express orders via UPS.

The shipping cost and delivery timescale will be displayed on Checkout page 2 of 3.

All orders sent by Air Express can be tracked.

You will pay no UK tax on your order, but you may be liable to pay local duty/tax/brokerage fees when the order arrives in your country.
